Publication of abstracts

The deadline for abstract submission is March 10, 2026.

Please note that no extension for the submission deadline will be granted!

Abstract submission is only possible for registered participants!

Congress participants can publish a total of 3 works.

Publication of more than 3 abstracts with the same first author is not allowed.

Abstracts are accepted in the following categories:

• Head and Neck
• Thoracic Cavity
• Abdominal Cavity
• Cardiovascular System
• Uonephrology
• Women's Health
• Pediatrics
• Traumatology, Orthopedics, and Arthrology
• Neurology and Neurosurgery
• Emergency Conditions
• Oncology
• Interventional Radiology
• Radionuclide Diagnostics and Radionuclide Therapy
• Medical Equipment, Radiation Safety
• Functional Diagnostics
• Miscellaneous

Abstract Submission Requirements

Abstracts should include:

• Title
• List of authors
• Names of organizations represented by authors, with indication of cities
• Mobile phone number (not for publication)
• Email address

Mandatory Sections:

• Background/Relevance – up to 300 characters
• Objective – up to 200 characters
• Materials and Methods – up to 350 characters
• Results – up to 2100 characters
• Conclusions – up to 550 characters
• Keywords – up to 5 words (150 characters)

Abbreviations (no more than three) can be used in the abstract text with their explanation. The abstract text should clearly and concisely present: the essence of the method used; a description of the obtained results with the degree of detail necessary to justify the conclusions; and formulated conclusions. The use of phrases such as "...will be presented in the report..." or "...results will be discussed..." is not permitted. References to other literary sources should not be included in the abstract text. Abstracts should not contain tables and figures, including echograms, diagrams, and graphs.
